As a seasoned Health and Safety practitioner, Charles is an expert in compliance and risk mitigation within complex construction and infrastructure environments, applying his knowledge to safeguard teams and optimise project safety.

Throughout his career, Charles has led HSE programmes for a range of high-profile civil and building projects, collaborating with notable organisations such as the Hong Kong Government, Mass Transit Railway, and the English Schools Foundation. His experience spans projects valued from £100,000 to £2 billion, reflecting his ability to manage safety protocols on projects of all scales and complexities.
